Last up on this weeks review is the Cross Country races from the weekend with two events from Sapiston & High Lodge. The Run Breckland event from Sapiston had either a 5k or 10k Trail run, we had a member in both – Dee Middleton Hall-Beales was our representative in the 5k, finishing in a time of 31:23 in 5th overall & 2nd female back. Mr Beales was our representative in the 10k – Tony finishing in a time of 56:33 in 11th place - Well done Mr & Mrs Beales!
At High Lodge, Thetford Forest - Forestry England was the Forest Runner event – we had two members in the 10k event with Alex Ely first WAC home in a time of 43:58, finishing 11th overall and 2nd female home. Tracey Salisbury was 2nd WAC home in a time of 83:14 – Well done you two!
